How it works

From group chat chaos to one clear plan.

01

Start or import

Describe the trip and let AI sketch a first plan — or paste the emails and group chat you already have.

02

Decide together

Put dates, courses and stays to a vote. Everyone sees the options; the Planner makes the call.

03

Travel with one itinerary

The whole group follows the same day-by-day plan, right up to the last putt.

AI planning & import

Bring the plan you already have.

Paste a long email thread or planning conversation, or upload a PDF, Word or Excel file. Golfit.AI suggests courses, stays, flights and open questions — each one linked to where it came from. Nothing is saved until you approve it.

Web links are listed for you but not opened — paste the important details directly.

FAQ

Good questions.

Who is Golfit.AI for?+

Anyone organizing a golf trip with friends, family or a society — from a weekend away to a week abroad. One person usually plans; everyone else follows along, votes and sees the itinerary.

How do I get access?+

Golfit.AI is invite-only during early access. Request access and we’ll email you when a place opens. If you’ve been invited to a trip, just use your invitation link.

Can I import a plan I’ve already started?+

Yes. Paste emails, notes or a group conversation, or upload a PDF (with real text), Word, Excel, CSV or text file. You review every suggestion before anything is saved.

Does Golfit.AI read the websites I link to?+

Not yet. Links are kept for reference and listed back to you, but their pages aren’t opened — paste any important details (prices, times, confirmation numbers) directly.

Does Golfit.AI make bookings for me?+

No. You book courses, rooms and flights as you normally would; Golfit.AI keeps track of what’s an idea, requested or booked so the whole group knows.

Does everyone in the group need an account?+

Each golfer who joins the trip signs in so they can see the itinerary and vote. Joining from an invitation takes a minute with Google or email.

Who can see my trip?+

Only the people invited to it. Trips are private by default, and Members see a simpler view than Planners.

Spend less time organizing. More time on the first tee.
